• Yes. You can increase the font size by "pinching and zooming out".

• Do you mean by resizing by zooming out with your fingers? If that's the case, yes. You can also double tap as well to zoom in. If you're talking about the actual font size, you can set up the settings button to show up on the touch screen menu to change it manually.
