love this computer, the speed, the color resolution, the ease of use all are excellent. Also like having a solid state drive as a part of the package. The only issue I've had since day one is that every time (and I do mean every time) I open the lip, it says it has found a problem and needs to reboot. After rebooting (which is done in less than a minute) it is fine as long as I do not close the lid or turn it off. that is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.

It's an amazing laptop . It's really fast and the touch screen responds really well . Gorgeous looking device honestly the pictures doesn't show it that well you have to get it to see how beautiful it is . Really good for gaming and the graphic quality is awesome. I love the fact that it's 2 in 1 . Best buy offers the lowest price in the market for it and honestly for almost all laptops . It's a Samsung device so I am really sure that it's great quality .the only thing that I don't like about it is that it's really hard to find a skin or a hard shell case for it online maybe because it's a new device and I hope that they will make more cases for it . The fast charging is awesome. Battery life is not that great it's average but the fast charging feature takes care of that . I looked a lot online and that was the best match I could find for me because to get all these features for that price that is just great I couldn't find another one that can beat it as a value . Great value for the money .

I bought this for my wife for Christmas to upgrade her old laptop (I was tired of fixing it). I asked her what she liked about the laptop. She likes the brightness of the display, the responsiveness of the touch screen, it's light weight, speed of the laptop when multi-tasking, lots of memory, The seamless transition from typing to using the touchscreen, the battery life is awesome, and everything is easy to maneuver. Overall I would say it is a win with this laptop!!

I've basically been using this as a laptop and have yet to explore all the wonderful options for this computer. It's super fast, the color is fantastic and I love the backlit keyboard. I also like that there's a numeric keypad. The only thing I miss is a DVD player, but that's understandable considering how thin and lightweight this computer is. Great for downloading photos. Would recommend!

I am very happy with my purchase of this laptop. I really do not have any complaints so far and couldn't be happier with this purchase. It has plenty of storage, high RAM, and is very fast. I have looked around for quite some time for the right laptop for me and nothing comes close to the Notebook 7 Spin. There are no other laptops out there that come close to the storage, RAM, and all the other included fancy features that will be nearly as low a price as this. Not only is the performance amazing, it is very pleasing for the eye and looks very nice. It is comparable to a Apple MacBook appearance wise, except you get more RAM and storage for the same price which Apple only offers a fraction of what you get here, Definitely a great buy for anyone looking around for something new.

I love this laptop, I haven't had a single issue with it since I bought it. It is very fast especially with the solid state drive, boot up times and restart times are incredible. The only things I don't like are there is no 4k resolution, and if you sign into CortAna it automatically changes your password to unlock your computer from local to your Microsoft password. That however can be fixed. This laptop is pretty light for the size, thin easy to carry.

I've never owned a Samsung laptop before. When I was looking to replace a 7 year old Dell, I found this on the Best Buy website. It had everything I was looking for. It's a little difficult to open and the power button is on the side and I've accidentally hit it a few times already. Other than a little inconvenience, this is by far the best laptop I've ever owned. It's amazingly fast, I believe it to be thanks to the 128GB SSD and 16GB of RAM. Touchscreen is responsive and looks great. I have no complaints.

I bought this for my son for Christmas, so it hasn't been used long yet. Nonetheless, he loves it and it works very well. He particularly likes the backlighting of the keyboard. Not only does it provide lighting around the keys, but each key marking is lit, so it's very easy to type in low light settings. It is fast and easy to use, with plenty of storage.

I will never buy a laptop without an SSD again. The laptop powers up and is ready to use in seconds. My old laptop takes more than a minute. This alone was worth the purchase. The 360 flip, I thought would be a gimmick. However, I use it all the time. The tablet mode is the absolute best. This is a heavy computer though. I use tablet mode because it is large. I would get the smaller version if I were to purchase another, which won't happen for years because of how fast it runs.

Love the fact that I can turn on Netflix and flip the screen in tent mode and just binge that way...Wish there were more games designed for tablets on Windows 10 though...The SSD makes the boot up super fast...If I had one complaint it would be the placement of the speakers and it might be a tad bulky and heavy, but overall I'm very satisfied!

A very fast machine. The criticism that the keyboard is shallow is unwarranted. The SSD drive make disk access faster. If you are looking to upgrade to a laptop that provides unprecedented speed, this may be for you. I have seen battery life better on other laptops, but the quick charge ability make up for it.

I absolutely love it. I am a photographer and I needed a good quality laptop to edit photos on photoshop and Lightroom. It's fast has a lot of space and the touch screen comes in handy. So complaints

This is a wonderful laptop for college, it does everything we need and more, with the large capacity, we will get more than enough storage. very pleased with performance and ease of use and looks.

This laptop has everything. Giant screen, can be used easily for watching shows/movies or all computing needs. Very fast and lots of space. Well worth the money.

Bought this for my college bound daughter. While we had trouble with our wifi at home (absolutely nothing to do with the laptop), when we did get it to connect, it had great speed. She especially liked the feel of the keyboard, the touch screen and the fact that it had a full hinge instead of the two smaller hinges as she's already had a problem with those. Overall, very pleased with Samsung.

This computer meets the specifications I was desiring for video editing. It is user friendly, especially with the assistance of Geek Squad. Many people in Best Buy recommended it, and so I am satisfied that I have a computer that will work well with what I need.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality, and multiple ways that this laptop can be used. I have had just about every brand of laptop, but this is my first Samsung and touch screen laptop. The resolution is high definition, but not 4k, and the laptop can be used both as a tablet, and a laptop. It is also very light weight and easy to carry around. It comes with 917 GBs in the D drive and 117 GBs on the C drive, which is an SSD card. The down sides to this laptop is that it does not come with CD/DVD player and you will need to purchase an external one. Also the battery is located inside the laptop and finally if you do use it as a tablet and fold it all the way back then the keyboard becomes the base or bottom, so you will want to be careful what you sit it on.

I love the tablet and laptop function! The touch screen is an added bonus. The only thing is sometimes when I am typing the touch screen arrows pop up. Annoying but not a deal killer. The graphics are beautiful and crisp!

I love this computer. It has.a numeric keypad which I love. It also is a 2 in 1, so I can use it like a notebook. Also, I can project what is on my computer screen on my Smart TV. Battery life of 7 hours is phenomenal.
