“Can you expand the memory capacity yourself or is the 8gb of memory soldered in?”

• This was very confusing for me too. Samsung has a bunch of different versions of the NP750QUA-K01US, according to their specs page. This particular one says it has "8 GB DDR4" vs "8 GB (Onboard)", the latter probably being LPDDR (soldered). A teardown of this specific one shows 2 SO-DIMM slots (removable), each with a 4 GB DDR4-2400 stick. Based on earlier laptops in the series (like the NP730), the max should be 32 GB. But Crucial doesn't have a memory compatibility page for this yet, so that's just a guess.

• I did some research and there is only one instant I was able to find where a user upgraded the same model to 32gb ram.
