I had the same problem when I went to install the Windows Mixed Reality for the Odyssey HMD VR headset. The Graphics card is definitely a weak spot for this laptop. I was told by a computer tech that the graphics card cannot be replaced because it is part of the motherboard. He said it might help to update the driver for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Samsung started soldering parts together. So you probably can't swap in parts unless you know how to solder. A repair shop could probably do the overhaul for a smokin' Graphics install, but that'd add the cost of the labor to the card. Then again, you don't have to spend the time. You might not be stuck at all. I'm fuzzy on this, but you may just need to set your graphics card to be on all the time, or just when using games/video editing software. There are actually two graphics cards installed. The more basic card saves power and drives less heat, so it is set to default in most programs. I know the information is online how to verify your computer graphics card and do the switch if necessary. Good Luck!!!
