Having RMA'ed this product once already and because of the work (or lack thereof) would have again, I can honestly say it was the worst customer service I have ever received for warranty work anywhere. Samsung contracts a questionable repair shop in texas to do all the repairs and they did more damage to my laptop than it had when I sent it out to them and then rubbed dirt on it. When I complained to Samsung they just gave me the contact info for the shop and closed the ticket. Well the shop didn't care if I was unhappy because Samsung had already paid them, so no resolution at all. If you're worried about warranty issues get the Best Buy warranty because I guarantee if you send your device out to be repaired where samsung uses you will wish you hadn't.
