• Yes is sits flush and I am using a 200GB card, purchased on Amazon for about $100.00.

• It should work just fine. It is flush, definitely doesn't stick out at all.

• Yes, it will support up to 128gb in my experience, maybe more but that's the largest I have. Yes, it fits completely flush when inserted.
