Does this monitor rotate to be vertical? null

I could be wrong but from what I see that might be because your power supply cord is strangling your base like a python to begin with, that monitor isn't moving anywhere like that.

It can tilt and rotate to vertical with the included stand. It is also height adjustable.

It rotates to the left only.. but yes, it also goes up and down and pivots side to side

No, it cannot rotate to a vertical position. It can only be moved up and down or tilted forward or back.
