- Answer This monitor is able to go up to 165hz which can display 165 fps, but the console or even pc if you use one will need to be able to reach 165hz. I never owned a ps5, but if it can get up to 120 fps or higher then yes you can reach 120fps on it! Hope this helps you!

- Answer Yes, you can adjust the stand up and down. I was in the same position as you as it wasn't specifically mentioned. On Amazon or their official website, they say the monitor is height adjustable and can confirm as I bought one from Best Buy. Great purchase ngl, especially if you can get it at a big discount

- Answer When you push the power button, a menu should pop up. The power button moves in all four directions. If you pull it toward you, you’ll have the option to turn the screen off. Push the power button again and it should turn off.
