I thought i had the same issue. I noticed while navigating through the main interface, it’ll say 60hz. But once you boot up a compatible game on PS5. The screen flickers and it’ll be 120hz. Checking menu to verify
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is working perfectly with my PS5 at 4K 120Hz. Are you sure you updated to the latest firmware AND you have an HDMI 2.1 hdmi cable? Try a new cable as some of the cheap ones do not work.
