“Updated firmware to 1004.0, changed it to AV mode, still performing at 4k/60hz and not 120hz. Is there a way to fix this?”

• I thought i had the same issue. I noticed while navigating through the main interface, it’ll say 60hz. But once you boot up a compatible game on PS5. The screen flickers and it’ll be 120hz. Checking menu to verify

• Mine is working perfectly with my PS5 at 4K 120Hz. Are you sure you updated to the latest firmware AND you have an HDMI 2.1 hdmi cable? Try a new cable as some of the cheap ones do not work.
