“i bought this monitor in an open box my kid opened it for Christmas and the remote is missing best buy is no help. I've looked everywhere for a replacement remote does anyone know where I can find one? i will never purchase from best buy again”

Pair the TV with Smartthing app from Samsung. You can control the monitor with that app.
