“Will this work on a 2009 mac book pro or is my hardware to slow ?”

• I use it on my 2014 Mac Book Pro but not sure if 2009 version will work well. I suppose if you have a hard disk drive on your 2009 and then use the Samsung solid state drive that it would probably slow things down. But I'm not sure.

• You could use it with a 2009 MBP, but transfer speeds from the computer to the dry may be very slow. I would consider an SSD for the machine internally. Then maybe buy this to go with it. SS
