“I have another brand robot vac and its scratching our new dark hardwood floors because the middle roller that moves freely as the unit turns(it's a hard plastic ball). Does this have a middle roller and what is the made of? Anyone use with dark hardwood?”

I have hard wood floors and have not noticed any marks on the floors been using for about 3 weeks on a daily basis

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a dark brown engineered wood floor. No scratches. It has a middle back wheel and two on each side. One of the wheels on mine is squeaking (right out of the box); can't figure out which one yet. Other than that - no scratches and it doesn't bump into my furniture legs before stopping like brand I returned did.
