QuestionHow does it do with dog hair? Do the rollers get clogged with hair.

- Answer Only gets clogged with my hair, not dog hair. Maybe a long haired dog’s hair would clog it though. Mine all have short hair

QuestionThe remote accessory that has wi-fi to connect to a smartphone. Suppose I don't want to connect it to mine and prefer just point and control. Will that remote do that or must i connect to my smartphone for remote to work.

- Answer The remote has a pointer built in so you do not need to connect it to smartphone. It can do all features without needing smartphone connection. The only benefit of smartphone is it will notify you of any errors (such as stuff stuck in rollers) to your phone, but it also will beep if that happens. Hope this helps!

QuestionWas curious since this has so much power to even pick up a penny I'm wondering when it cleans my wood floor is the brush high end that it won't scratch it.

- Answer I have not had any of my floors damaged. Ive taken it to my families houses and it hasnt damaged any of their floors either. The rollers are soft so it shouldn't leave any scratches. Hope this helps.

- Answer I think it would do just fine on dark wood floors. The suction is strong, and it has soft bristles. Moreover, if it detects a lot of dust/dirt, it'll increase the suction and go back an over that area.
