“Does the vac circle your home twice? I just got the powerbot and so far I love it. It seems a little quirky though. It goes through my whole house until the battery is almost depleted and then returns to the charger. Once charged, it comes back off and re-vacuums the house again. Last night, it did it at 11:30 PM! I am using the automatic setting so not really sure why its doing that. It does it even when it seems to get the whole house covered (small house, about 1100 sq ft). Any advice or ideas? I don't really feel that it needs to cover the house twice in one day LOL.”

Did u download the app? From there u can set it make one or two passes. I don't know how to change the setting without the app

If the POWERbot was not completely finished with the original scheduled cleaning program when the battery needed to be charged, it would return to the charger, take up to 160 minutes, then continue with the program. If the time needed to charge took it up until 11:30pm, then that's when it would restart. Another possibility is that you set it on a one-time cleaning schedule and also programmed it to run on Auto later in the day. I'd suggest checking the time you have set both for the clock and for the scheduler to ensure the correct AM/PM settings. - Ms. Samsung

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Samsung specifies on some models that when the entire space is finished in less than fifteen minutes it will do a second pass. Otherwise it cleans only once. It overlaps the passage so in effect covers twice in each pass.
