I have pretty long hair. We usually take the roller off every few weeks and use the tool the vacuum came with to clean it. This takes literally less than 5min. And the brush comes off by unlocking the cover part, taking the brush out. No screws. No difficulty.

Many of the other robots are just sweeping and dont really offer the same coverage or suction that the Samsung Powerbot does. I love it and have not had any issues with hair binding up. I have a cat that sheds like crazy and no issues yet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My mom and I both have long hair that seems to end up everywhere, this vacuum sucks a lot of them up without any issue! You do get some that gets wrapped around the brush but the brush easily pops out for cleaning!
