Great question because it made me forget to add something to my review. YES, no problem switching between surfaces. I have many "saddles" between rooms at the doorways, up to 2" in height. It can get over them with a big BANG as it drops over them, but it can do it. As far as carpet pile height.. I have one with about an inch high and it doesn't slow it down. I can't give a cutoff point tho, you'll just have to try it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have laminate floors, stone entry and capet... No problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had no issues....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine goes from hardwood floors to a plush and berber carpet without issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the rug. I have a thick wool rug and it takes care of it beautifully. It would stop at a long shag carpet though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The robot is designed to only make climbs of up to half an inch, so it depends on your carpet. But it is very stealthy! Can go pretty much anywhere and get out of tight spots. I have a shag rug and it has gotten stuck on it a few times only because a piece has gotten sucked up and wrapped around the brush.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes no problems at all. I have both carpet and tile and it makes the transition easily
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure how high it can be but it goes from my wood floor to the carpet with no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It maneuvers with ease going from carpet to hardwood/tile, but if you have an area rug that has carpet padding underneath it won't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It goes from our wood floor lifts itself up over the trim between our hardwood floor and the tile, it also goes between carpet & hardwood with no issue!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
