“So far it has worked great on my tile, the only thing I’ve noticed is when it’s on tile it squeaks some, is this a normal vacuum sound with this kinda of surface or should I exchange?”

Mine does not squeak on hardwood, tile or carpet. You want to see if something is in one of the wheels or roller.

Mine does the same thing, either on tile or linoleum. I flipped it over to take a look and it's just the little swivel wheel on the back that (seems) to be causing the squeak.
