Don't count on the Samsung Warranty. I've had 3 (2 exchanges) and one that actually survived about 6 months. Then it started giving C01 errors and off to the shop. They replaced the brush motor. Within ten minutes of the first run after that repair it started giving C05 errors. Off to the shop. They called and said nothing wrong. They asked me how thick my carpet was and I said it worked for 6 months on level 4 carpet. Thick but a long way from the thickest. They said the carpet is too thick. So I ask if it ran for 6 months on that carpet why is it now failing after a new motor was installed. Not guaranteed to work on anything greater than level 1 carpet. Keep that in mind. Warranty is worthless.
