“Will this work with my Samsung S8 Phone? My phone keeps sending messages that my storage is low and some features will stop working. I have uninsatalled some apps and deleted alot of pictures but still getting the same message.Will this card fix the issue”

It should, you'll need to move as many apps that can to the card and all of your gallery items. You might also double check that you've emptied your trash. You can also download Google files and it will help you clean up your phones storage space.
