Hello Gallo. No, one of the difference would be power and that the SWA-9500S have 1 front-firing and 1 top-firing for each rear speaker, and the HW-Q990C comes with 2 front-firing and 1 top-firing for each rear speaker. The HW-Q990C will have more speakers and power vs the HW-Q900C with SWA-9500S. ~ Samsung Solutions
