“I just bought a HW-Q990C soundbar today from Best Buy, but when I opened it there was no sticker on the soundbar itself. Is this normal? I'm talking about the sticker that is usually on top under the buttons, and lists all the features of the soundbar.”

I had a sticker on my sound bar out of the box but I didn’t think of anything more or less about it - the instruction manual is what you want to focus on, maybe during the assembly or boxing of the product the sticker wasn’t placed on it?
