“I recently bought this Samsung Q series 11.1.4 and one of my rear speakers will not connect the light constantly flashes blue, I have rebooted it and powered it off several times to no avail. Any thoughts”

On the soundbar remote, press and hold the up directional button for 5 seconds. The display on the soundbar should show "ID set," and the link LEDs on the speakers will turn solid blue, indicating a successful connection.

If not, follow the instructions on how to restore your system and then go through the process of reconnecting each speaker. You should only need to hold down the power button on the soundbar until you see "INT", then turn each speaker on, hold the reset button until it flasshes blue, then they should all reconnect. If that doesn't work, try moving the speaker closer to the sound bar until it connects.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Tombo! If the auto-connection process to the rear speakers was unsuccessful, you can manually pair the rear speakers to the soundbar. Turn off your HW-Q990C soundbar than press the ID SET button on the back of the rear speaker for 5~6 second or until the LINK LED indicator blinks fast (in Blue). Press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. The ID SET message will appear on the soundbar for a short time and then disappear. After the ID SET process, the soundbar power is automatically turned on. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the rear speakers. ~ Samsung Solutions
