QuestionCan you drop the Back Channels down low in order to greatly reduce background noise and isolate voice dialogue? I had a 3 channel Samsung Soundbar that would only allow me to raise the Center Channel, but I was not able to lower the Back Channels.

- Answer Depends on where you place them. Usually they are mounted on something. I bought a stand set on Amazon to place them behind my theater seating. Works fine

QuestionLooking at this soundbar and an Nvidia Shield for Plex. If I plug the Shield into the soundbar, will Dolby Vision be passed through to my non-samsung tv (LG C1)? Seeing conflicting info on if this is supported on Samsung soundbars.

- Answer Hi Chris! No, the HW-QS750F will not pass Dolby Vision through its HDMI input. Samsung soundbars currently support HDR10 and HDR10+ passthrough only, so even if you plug your NVIDIA Shield into the soundbar, Dolby Vision will not pass through to your LG C1. The video will still work, but it will downshift to HDR10. If you want full Dolby Vision support, plug the Shield directly into the LG C1, then use eARC to send audio from the TV back to the soundbar. This keeps Dolby Vision intact and still gives you Dolby Atmos audio. ~ Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi Kidbuu! The Samsung HW-QS750F does not support using HDMI ARC and Optical audio at the same time. To set up the HW-QS750F for karaoke, you can connect it to your TV using either HDMI or Bluetooth. For an HDMI connection, link the soundbar’s HDMI OUT port to the TV’s HDMI ARC/eARC port, then connect your karaoke machine or other source device (like a phone) to the soundbar’s HDMI IN port. If you prefer a wireless setup, put both the soundbar and your karaoke device in Bluetooth pairing mode and connect them directly. ~ Samsung Solutions

QuestionCan rear Dolby Atmos up firing speakers be added to this surround sound system? Or replace the regular rear speakers. Basically turning it into a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos system. Or a 7.1.4 system if adding rear Dolby Atmos speakers & not replacing them.

- Answer Hi! The HW-QS750F features three ways to connect to an external device: HDMI (ARC), digital optical audio, and Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your receiver is compatible with one of these three audio connections, you should have no issue connecting the soundbar. Please know that this soundbar does not need to be connected to a receiver to function, and the rear speakers and subwoofer connect to the soundbar and not the receiver. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi PrisonMike! Yes, the HW-QS750F Soundbar will work. If you want more of a punch, I would also recommend the 9.1.4 ch HW-Q930F Soundbar, which also includes the rear speaker kit, which provides 2 more top-firing speakers and a lot more power. ~ Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi there! The HW-QS750F Rear Speakers connect to each other using a speaker wire (included), which allows you to place the two speaker units in the back of your room. There is one speaker wire that connects both of the speakers together, and one power cord to one speaker. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done without the previous wireless transmitter, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room. ~Samsung Solutions
