If they're Samsung phones, yes, they're multi-point earbuds.

Yes once you connect to both devices it gives you the option to switch. In my case it's automatic when I'm paired to my tab s7 and my s21u and I get a call it will switch on its own

If it's samsung buds and you're using on 2 different samsung devices then yes, it it's samsung and another brand of phone or device, no you can not

No. You will have to switch between devices yourself.
