This phone is not unlocked. It requires that you use Sprint service only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not unlocked. Sprint will not unlock it for you (I tried) because it does not meet the unlocking criteria (Search for "Sprint unlock FAQ" for details). WARNING: This phone is compatible ONLY with Sprint's POST-Paid (contract) plans. It is NOT compatible with Sprint's PRE-paid plans.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont think the phone is unlocked and does not require an unlock to work on straight talk. The Reps at straight talk call center have no clue about staright talk service. Contact straight talk reps through their facebook page and they may give better support. The sprint s5 will work on sprint towers through straight talk. The phone uses CDMA for calls and 3G data, it uses GSM for LTE data.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This phone is only compatable with Sprint network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It isn't *fully* unlocked or it wouldn't be designated as a phone for Sprint. However, you should be able to use it with Straight Talk BYOP. Sprint is CDMA, and so is Verizon. However, It will not work with Verizon except when you are roaming. Most of Verizon's towers operate on different frequencies from Sprint. If you roam to a Verizon tower, you can expect it to be iffy and slow data speeds. It is capable of doing GSM, if you use it outside of North America. (or if you are really good at rewriting android ROMs)
