• From the Specifications info, it seems the warranty for this device is 90 days for both the parts and labor. And per Best Buy's website (hover the cursor over the word "Refurbished" on the product page) all refurbished products sold by Best Buy also include a warranty, and Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise applies.

• Yes, it came with a warranty. Shorter than a new one but plenty long enough to use the phone and know that it works well.
