- Answer It comes with a 90 day warranty. However, if you are skeptical about liking the phone, then find another way to purchase it. We bought my refurb phone and I just did not like it and switched back to my iPhone. Tried to take it back and was told the since it was opened, I cannot bring it back. Also you only have 14 days to return any of their items. Just more to think about.

- Answer No way to know why for sure. Could be a few different reasoms....for me Best Buy will tell you its refurb and many places dont ell you that. For the price I paid it was a supe deal. My phone works perfect!

- Answer The cell phone I received did not work on Verizon even though it was unlocked. The only way to find out if it works on Sprint, is to have the Sprint associate (if at Best Buy) check.
