• No. The S line of Samsung *phones* do not support the s pen. It's not a matter of software, but the hardware of the phone.

• No it will not. Unless you have a device that came with an S Pen, it will not work.

• I don't believe so (I think you might try at a physical best buy). The S10+ does NOT have any stylus support in the phone. Different Tabs and Notes (phones) all seem to recognize the different styli, but some things won't work the same, e.g. no bluetooth support on older versions, not as fine pressure resolution, etc.
