If you see and hear them but they can't see you the problem is with their webcam not yours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This web cam is made to work specifially with the Samsung TV models listed on its description. Mine works perfect from the moment I plug it in to my Curve Samsung TV. I would not try to use it with any other Samsung TV model not listed on the webcam box or with another TV of other brands.
