“Does this unit play NTSC and PAL format? From different country and have DVD's that is of different format. Just wanted to make sure this unit can support NTSC and PAL?”

Samsung Blu-Ray players sold in the U.S. play the NTSC format. The PAL format is a 50Hz signal, and NTSC is a 60Hz signal. The players are designed differently for different regions, and usually are not interchangeable. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung
