What is Convection+ as opposed to Convection? null

Hello ScottDiL, Convection+ features an additional heating element built into the fan itself. This element heats the air before it's circulated by the fan, creating a more powerful and uniform convection. Whereas the regular convection feature has the fan circulate hot air from the oven's existing top and bottom heating elements to cook food. Have a wonderful day. -Kimberly
