    • Answer Hello ScottDiL, Convection+ features an additional heating element built into the fan itself. This element heats the air before it's circulated by the fan, creating a more powerful and uniform convection. Whereas the regular convection feature has the fan circulate hot air from the oven's existing top and bottom heating elements to cook food. Have a wonderful day. -Kimberly

  • QuestionNot sure how to control the temperatures on the 3 size burner. I understand how to turn each one on, but the temperature low through high never seems to work correctly. Always on high.

    • Answer Hi Lois, It really can be disappointing when you are trying to control the heat of your cooktop and it doesn't respond the way you would like. Let us help you out. The heating elements retain heat better than a regular electric cooktop. The stored heat keeps it warmer for a longer period making the temperature change longer (making it hotter or cooler).
