• You will need to reset camera to FACTORY DEFAULTS. Check instructions for correct procedures. There is usually a small pin that needs to be pressed while the camera is energized, thus wiping out ALL operator's instruction sets. Remember to check instructions for correct process.Then follow instructions to set up the devise again. Make corrective procedure to save, retrieve and store listings of little used passwords & processes - with all the appropriate information that is the minimum for recognition & utilization. If hardcopy, ensure safe, retrievable storage situation.
