can this be installed outside null

Pretty sure this camera is for indoor use only.

I was told it was not waterproof but if in a protected area it could be used outside, prrhaps on a protected porch. I bought it as a gift for Christmas, so it has not been opened, so can’t give a better amswer.

It is not designed to be outdoors. It's not built to withstand the elements at all!
