“Cannot get video to play back. Warning comes up "Failed to play due to concurrent access or unstable network. Check the network status of the camera and the terminal." Have checked eveything; but still no video play back”

I have the same question. I have rebooted the camera. I have changed settings in my iPhone and still get the same error message. I have searched the internet and cannot find an answer. Please advise.
