“Is plume required and a paid service? Will I have to pay extra for plume?”

• Hello! Plume is integrated with SmartThings Wi-Fi and is included with your purchase. While setting up the Plume application is not required in order to use the SmartThings Wi-Fi System, we do recommend using the Plume app for an even smarter Wi-Fi network. Thank you! ~Samsung Brand Ambassador

• No Plume is not required but the Samsung WiFi Mesh Hub comes with a free subscription to Plume. It’s quite handy, comes with some powerful safety apps/settings and is totally free.
