• Just now I read online at the Smartthings website. There is no contract and monthly costs are either $24.99/month for home security monitoring or $34.99/nth for total security bundle including home and life safety monitoring. https://www.smartthings.com/adt Not yet sure if this product would work when there is no internet and no power.
