“How will this interact with my Samsung tv that has a tile in the corner that says smart hub? My biggest issue is I want to be able to get my Ring doorbell to pop up on my TV. OR be able to live view Arlo cams, Logitech circle 2, without NVR.”

It is a Samsung Hub so they have preprogramed routines for connections to Smart TVs. Check out the SmartThings Community for integration with Ring. Hub DOES NOT support cameras generally. However, Samsung is only on Version 2 of its operating system. May see that in the future.
