“Can tracker be monitored using Verizon and an IPad”

• If you want this on the Verizon network, go buy it from them directly. I don’t know whose cell service powers the one purchased from Best Buy but it isn’t Verizon or AT&T. I tried hooking it up to Verizon first, and then AT&T. The free service took a week or so to activate and I have no other details. It’s great but if you want it connected to your carrier, go to them. You can see the tracker on your iPad through the SmartThings app, which is downloadable.
