Q: QuestionCan I use on a child if we are going on a cruise to Mexico? Or does this only work in the US?
Asked by InternationalTravel.
- A:Answer NO! This thing does not hold a charge longer than a day. It will give an accurate location, but you'll have to take a risk of a dead battery!! Not worth the money!!

Q: QuestionSo I am in need of a gps tracker for my husband who has dementia. I want something user friendly for the technically challenged. Something I can put on his key chain that would notify me if he leaves the home,
Asked by Rosie.
- A:Answer This should work for you, the initial "setup" is the most difficult in which you have to setup the "Home" zone, and it will alert you (via the app) that the device has left the zone. You will want to charge the device every few days.

Q: QuestionHow far away can i be from device before i can't use it
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The device uses the LTE cellular network. You can be anywhere in the world and leave it here in the US and you can still track it. Assuming the battery is still charged.

Q: QuestionDoes your tracker turn off automatically after a certain number of days when it is not moving even if it is plugged in?
Asked by Trina.
- A:Answer Yes. Mine automatically turns off in the scenario you described. I put mine in my car, and I have it plugged into a portable charger. The only way that I have found as a workaround is to have the tracker automatically send you its location every 3 hours. That setting should be in the Samsung Smart Things app.
