Can this be programed for a week? null

Not sure the question, but if you're using SmartThings hub with it, there are various automations you can setup to turn it on/off.

I believe that is more dependant on the the application. I believe the outlet will stay on until it is commanded to turn off by the app. I have 3 of these and I have not come across a timeout.

If you mean a timer rule, yes. You can do each day as a separate rule, or combine certain days in the rule (like on at 5 PM every Monday, Thursday, Sayurday...etc).

Yes, I have mine set to turn on at six am and off at ten am daily.

Outlet by itself is not programmable. Needs to be paired with hub. Then whatever functionality is provided there will work.

It can be but you will need a Zigbee hub such as SmartThings to create an automation or routine.

You can pretty much program it to do anything you want through the Smartthings app. If you want it to turn on or off when triggered by other smartthing devices. If you want it to turn on at sunset or so many minutes after sunset which gradually changes. Endless possibilities
