“I bought the SW-w700 @ BestBuy and the thing hasn’t worked once since I’ve had it. Called both Samsung and geek squad several times and both seem oblivious to the issues with this SW. Is there anyone with info on how to get this expensive POC to work?”

The soundbar and subwoofer should connect automatically when they are turned on. If they do not, you can connect them manually. 1. Check the standby status after plugging into an electrical outlet 2. Connect the main unit of the Soundbar to the Wireless Dongle 3. Turn off the Soundbar 4. Configure “ID SET” using the Soundbar’s remote control 5. Turn on the Soundbar 6. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete) 7.
