Hi Shaan313! The SWA-W700 subwoofer will not work with the HW-Q90R soundbar as it is only designed to connect to compatible Sound+ soundbars with the following model numbers: HW-MS550, HW-MS650, HW-MS6500, HW-MS750, HW-NW700. The HW-Q90R soundbar is only compatible with the included wireless subwoofer. ^Tim
