QuestionI’m trying to connect my swa-w700 subwoofer to my hw-r550 but the wireless dongle won’t fit in the slot in back of the soundbar it’s to wide what are my options. Is there an adapter for the dongle so it fits in back of the soundbar????????????????????????

- Answer The dongle is for the subwoofer not to be attached to the soundbar.

- Answer not sure. probably, I have the sub-woofer (which is plenty for bass!) plus rear speakers hooked up. so I imagine I could have a second sub woofer instead of the rear speakers. maybe could have all 3 units. never tried.

QuestionCan I buy a replacement bluetooth dongle for this sub-woofer. I am having pairing issues and that is the only reason I can think off ?

- Answer You probably could, but if you don't already have wireless rear speakers I'd try to buy them. It comes with the exact same bluetooth adapter that comes with the subwoofer. QuestionBought SWA W700 wireless speaker today. BLUE light is solid, connected to ms650 sound bar but no sound from wireless speaker. Help.

- Answer I would just exchange it, I purchased this same speaker and connected right away and very easy. The next day I purchased the rear speakers and they would not connect, I called Samsung support and they told me to exchange them. I did and the new ones connected right away and everything works and sounds great!

- Answer The SW700 sub has 1 cord for power only, and is completely wireless otherwise; it does not get attached to any speakers. The subwoofer kit comes with a wireless dongle to attach to the soundbar. Setup is 123~!!
