“is there a spray arm under the top (3rd) rack? or it gets sprayed by the spray arm under the 2nd rack? Also does the StormWash spray cover/reach only certain area inside or entire dishwasher including 3rd rack?”

Spray arm is under 3rd rack. Not sure how the storm wash works.

Please try again later.There is an arm, which surprises me, because I had a butter knife on the third rack and it had dried butter on it still when the wash cycle was over. Utensils do not seem to get as clean when using the 3rd row rack. And BTW, my 1st dishwasher quit working in the middle of the cycle on the 2nd washing it ever performed. Best Buy replaced it - so that’s good. So far, the new dishwasher is working, altho I’m still puzzled about that third rack.
