QuestionThe third (top) rack will not come all the way out. It is getting stuck on the top sprayer. How do I fix this? Or is it not supposed to pull all the way out like the other two racks?

QuestionI’ve read through several reviews stating that this dishwasher dries their dishes. I have tried every cycle and made sure every troubleshooting point Has been addressed but my dishes are still soaking wet. Please advise.

- Answer I had just asked the same question. I was sent this link, https://bit.ly/2LEpsqR. You can read it, this dishwasher does not dry the dishes unless you use a rinse aid, which I have never had to purchase before and never would. I would not have purchased this if I had known it does not dry the dishes, you have to dry them by hand. What kind of crap is that!!!

- Answer There does not seem to be a separate selection for "heated" dry like my old dishwasher. This one dries on all the different wash cycles and it opens the door for the last 5 to 15 minutes of the drying cycle.

QuestionI have moldy smell from Samsung dishwasher installed 2 months ago. Was it installed properly? Should I have door pop open for drying? I changed that as I thought it would ruin the ceiling from the humidity.

- Answer It's such a small amount of steam it will not affect anything.. it also comes with metal tape to put underneath your countertops if you have wood.. as an extra precaution but not really needed..

QuestionNew dishwasher. The second time we used it, normal cycle, all the stages worked well. The door opened automatically at the end and we checked all the walls and were dry before closing the door. Next day there was moisture everywhere inside. Normal?

- Answer yup ...that is normal...thats the default settings...you can turn it off and prevent the door from opening...just read the instructions ...it will tell you in the settings how to prevent the door from opening

QuestionWe have had this dishwasher for about a year. Sunday I went to rinse the dishes and a "LC" came up where the minutes would be. The dishwasher would not turn off and when you pushed power about 2 seconds it came back on.

- Answer Do a google search and you'll find this is a huge problem. My dishwasher does same thing. There are YouTube videos explaining how to "fix" it but Samsungwill do nothiong for you. Replacement dishwashers have same issue. Piece of expensive junk :(
