“We have 3 of these in different rooms of the house. The first one works perfectly. The second and third; however, cannot stay connected via wireless. If we connect to streaming, we loose connection. If we stream via the Samsung tv, the connection is fine.”

I haven't had that issue with mine, I would say just recheck your connection on your wifi. The wifi bubble should be wide enough to cover your whole house to a certain amount of feet and once you reach that end of the cover area of your wifi bubble you will have connections issues via 4k streaming etc.
