QuestionPurchased new unit worked for 1 4K Blu RAY. When movie ended remote no longer worked changed batteries same result. Tried to shut unit off manually and unit keeps coming on even after disconnecting from AV receiver for $K pass thru. Unable to see menu

- Answer Only if you have a 4K tv. It’s supposed to upgrade all regular and blue ray disks to near 4K quality. I don’t think you will see any difference on a regular 1080 tv.

QuestionI was watching Game of thrones and the dark scenes were really dark and the people had dark blotches on them and regular day time scenes looked beautiful . Can my player be adjusted for this.
