• you have to subscribe to amazon to use their services.

• If you have Amazon prime, you should be able to sign in with your password. We do have trouble, @times, with Amazon. Our provider is Time Warner.

• I had the same problem. Amazon stopped working when I updated the firmware. I waited for a month and a recent firmware update now allows me to access Amazon again. BTW, Samsung support was pretty worthless.

• Have not tried Amazon since I don't use them, so sorry no help. Most of my steaming video is done through my UDH 4K VIZIO Tv now VUDU offers a stunning 2060p picture. Add this stunning UDH TV for 1000.00 less than competitors at Best Buy pick the M series.

• I would double check that you can access your account with what you believe your email and password is on your computer before punching the info in on your player just to make sure its not having an access issue first.
