Is this a DVD & VHS player? null

This is a Bluray Disc player that will play DVD and music CD discs as well. No company manufacturer makes a VHS (video tape) player any more.

No, it will not play VHS tapes. VCRs are no longer manufactured (as of July 2016, the last plant ceased making them, so your best bet would be to check 2nd hand stores if you need a VCR). It will play DVDs, though!
